For our client Grammer Business Center a newly established Global Business Center based in Niš, we are seeking an Product Manager Associte for Business & Portfolio who will be a part of the initial team as they have launched their new state-of-the-art business center with modern amenities.

Product Manager Associate (Business and Portfolio Development)

Job description:

  • Plan and implement acquisition projects and module solutions, while continuously analyzing, controlling, and developing the PMS Rail & Road product portfolio.
  • Identify and initiate new product developments and improvements, in collaboration with global stakeholders responsible for the PMS Rail & Road portfolio.
  • Organize, plan, and monitor portfolio and acquisition/project activities, leading cross-functional project teams without disciplinary responsibility.
  • Track and steer the product portfolio in close cooperation with Offroad, including continuous maintenance of the R/R product roadmap and initiation of required improvement projects.
  • Define product requirements (P1, P2, P3) based on customer and market insights, product performance, and cost considerations.
  • Initiate and manage projects across the full product life cycle, including scope definition, system and sub-system planning, performance verification, and progress monitoring.
  • Develop and control project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and cost estimates within interdisciplinary and international teams.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional activities (R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Process Engineering), including product training and market introduction.
  • Establish transparent reporting and communication structures, ensuring alignment across functions and organizational levels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, steer acquisition projects, and support or lead project teams for strategic initiatives and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor degree 
  • Fluency in English
  • 3 years of experience at similiar roles
  • Knowledge of railroad industry and experience is an advantage
