We are looking for a Product Manager

Belgrade based 

Atom partner seeks a perspective Product Manager with 5 and more sales experience in IT field with strong focus on cooperation with the IT companies, vendors and customers.

If you possess thorough knowledge of domestic IT market and technologies, professional and responsible approach to clients, ability to successfully communicate and wish to further grow and develop professionally, this is the job opening for you. As a Product Manager you will build and execute the go-to-market strategy for introducing the IT brands in the country.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of IT vendors
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to develop and strengthen partnerships
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, rebates, incentives, marketing funds, delivery terms)
  • Plan and execute procurement of IT products and solutions in line with market demand
  • Manage the full product lifecycle (new product introduction, growth, end-of-life)
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for assigned vendors
  • Identify, establish, and manage relationships with key sales channels
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with channel partners to maximize market reach and revenue
  • Drive expansion into new sales channels to ensure comprehensive market coverage
  • Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning, consumer trends, and opportunities for growth
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance against objectives, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Coordinate marketing activities in cooperation with vendors and internal teams
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
    • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on brand performance and market dynamics
    • Use insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management
  • Strong understanding of sales channel development and vendor management
  • Excellent strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration and team building
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, sales CRM forecasting, and financial reporting, and Navision ERP literacy
  • Fluency in English
