Location: Čačak

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Control:
  • Define the production sequence in the pre-assembly stage.
  • Plan production based on customer requirements.
  • Verify the availability of raw materials and tools.
  • Define deadlines for tools and raw material procurement in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics departments.

• Capacity and Shift Models:
  • Manage machine and machine group capacities.
  • Develop and update production plans, including work sequence, capacity, and shift models.
  • Monitor changes in requirements and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations in production flows.
  • Propose deadlines for rework and stock processing in alignment with operational plans.
  • o   Report on capacity, monitor performance, and ensure uninterrupted production on a weekly basis.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Knowledge of production planning processes
• Work experience in multinational companies (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Independent, loyal, reliable and flexible
• Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent teamworking skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1
