About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to support the management and execution of photovoltaic (PV) energy storage and charging pile projects across the Western Balkans. This role requires on-site presence according to project progress and involves coordination, technical oversight, and ensuring smooth project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and coordination of photovoltaic energy storage and charging pile projects
  • Supervise on-site construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and local partners
  • Support quality control, schedule tracking, and problem resolution
  • Prepare project documentation and communicate updates with internal teams

Recruitment Requirements

  • Native Serbian language, fluent in English or Chinese
  • Around 1 year of experience in delivering photovoltaic projects
  • Possession of an engineer certificate (451, 452, or 410/441) is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel and work on-site across Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
