About role

Joining us as a Project Manager Engineer means taking on a crucial role in conceptualizing and coordinating projects within the Engineering department. Your role will involve not only the coordination of various projects but also the active engagement in planning and execution to ensure their successful completion. We're looking for a candidate who is motivated, team-focused and capable of seamlessly navigating multiple projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Defining comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and documentation to keep stakeholders and project sponsors informed 
• Developing project scopes and objectives
• Controlling and monitoring progress of the project
• Establishing and maintaining highly effective relationship with Clients, Subcontractors and Internal Partners
• Responsible for the Project budget, monthly invoicing, cost center management and operations efficiency
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• PMP Certification (advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the same or similar roles
• Familiar with all applicable codes, regulations and Laws in Serbian legislation
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Dynamic leader with good communication skills who is able to motivate his team
• Experienced in using MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point (advanced level)
