Project Manager

To support the growth of their team, Adecco is seeking an experienced professional with excellent organizational skills for the position of Project Manager, location: Belgrade.

Job description:

• Responsible for overseeing project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and organizational goals.
• Maintains consistent, professional communication with the client throughout the project, building trust and ensuring their expectations and priorities are well understood.
• Leads and supports the full project team, encouraging collaboration, clarity, and shared accountability to achieve successful outcomes for both the organization and the customer.
• Establishes clear project objectives and develops appropriate plans and resource allocations to meet them.
• Continuously evaluates potential risks and opportunities, taking action to identify, mitigate, and escalate issues where necessary, while also seeking value-adding improvements during the project lifecycle.
• Ensures effective coordination and integrated planning between internal teams and the customer’s stakeholders.
• Oversees adherence to the organization’s project governance model, including phase reviews and decision-making structures appropriate to the project’s complexity.
• Manages financial aspects of the project, including forecasting, cash flow oversight, and revenue tracking.
• Ensures smooth transitions between sales, operations, customer handover, and final project close-out activities.
• Promotes a strong safety culture across all project personnel and subcontractors and ensures compliance with all relevant safety standards and customer requirements.
• Works with resource managers to schedule installation and testing personnel as required.
• Encourages the use of continuous-improvement and lean practices throughout the project.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
• Certified Responsible Engineer for construction works
• 3-5 years of work experience in project management roles (preferably in the construction industry)
• Strong organization, prioritization and communication skills
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost and customer communication effectively
• Driver’s license (active driver)
• Advanced knowledge of the English Language
