Project Manager (m/f)

City: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
• Analyzes business processes and optimizes them using project planning tools.
• Supports risk management activities.
• Communicate with external clients.
• Monitors and updates the project budget.
• Breaks down projects into phases, prioritizes tasks, and conducts financial analysis.
• Reports on project status to the Head of the Project Management Department and all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintains records as requested by direct supervisors or management.
• Continuously develop skills in Project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• University degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Agile mindset, solution oriented.
• Experience with managing team.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experience in leading medium and large-scale projects.
• Skilled in project initiation and planning.
