Project Officer

About your Role

As a Project Officer in our Project Management team, you will be involved in:

• Creating and executing medium-complex project plans, scope, budget and timelines in order to deliver projects that meets customer and business needs
• Planning and coordinating project tasks and team members
• Creating and maintaining project documentation
• Managing project activities, organizing meetings and ensuring cross-team communication
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to upper Project organization
• Maintaining internal project status reporting through defined tools

About you

• You hold University degree in Organizational Sciences or other equivalent
• Your knowledge of the English language is at intermediate level
• You have intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• You are a good team player and open to acquiring and constantly improving your skills and competencies.

Nice to have

• Any experience in the same or similar roles in managing IT projects will be considered as advantage
• Familiarity with MS Project Professional/Project Server
