We are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Property Manager

Property Manager is responsible for the daily management, maintenance, and administration of multiple properties (residential and commercial), with the goal of ensuring their smooth operation, increasing their value, and enhancing tenant/resident satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Lease management and tenant relations: drafting and renewing contracts, resolving complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Organization and supervision of property maintenance (technical and communal maintenance)
• Coordination with service and contractor companies (cleaning, security, technical service, etc.)
• Budget management and cost control related to the property
• Monitoring of rent, utility, and other expenses
• Record-keeping and document management (contracts, invoices, maintenance reports)
• Regular reporting on property condition and providing recommendations for improvements
• Monitoring legal regulations related to property management and leasing

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in economics, law, civil engineering, or management
• Experience in property management
• Understanding of the legal and financial aspects of property management
• Strong communication skills and a customer/tenant-focused approach
• Proficiency in MS Office
• English language proficiency
