Muehlbauer Group Serbia is growing! We are seeking for motivated Logistics Assistant. Your assignment would be coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities. If you want to learn and grow - take a look at the job description below and apply!

Key responsibilities:

• Take care of warehouse files, receipt book, financial calculation 
• Support the commission during the inventory of stocks in the warehouse; providing the necessary data and documents to the commission
• Prepares accompanying documentation on receipt of goods
• Control of storage and issuance of finished products by following prescribed procedures. 
• Gives the necessary instructions and provides support to the warehouse operators
• Preparation of contracts conditions and communication with suppliers 
• Monitoring full lifecycle of purchases, from ordering to verification of invoices
• Following of relevant laws in area of customs processes
• Support of import-outward customs process
• Organizing of transports, providing instructions and documents to forwarding agents.
• Take care of necessary certification from competent institution
• Follow up a purchase values calculations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business management or related field is bonus, but not necessary
• 2 years of experience in logistics, or related field
• Excellent level of English 
• Strong communication and interpersonally skills
• Reliability, dedication, and ability to multitask efficiently
