Key Accountabilities
Strategic Support tasks:
- Administrative support and preparation of cost reviews in SAP
- Mass quote changes / mass uploads for various processes
- Monitoring supplier pricelist upload and backlog update in regards of cost
- Evaluation of price differences and update cost in purchase order backlog
- Article maintanance in SAP, clean up/review of device creation
- Review stock for scrap materials and old datecodes
- Operational support for various special requests from suppliers
- Support stock rotation process
Job Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in the administration of Purchasing or distribution fields is required. A degree in Business Administration or commercial training or equivalent job-related experience is required.
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Good written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
- SAP knowledge desirable
- Good communication and skills
- Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking
