Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems, a global leader in the development and production of advanced automotive lighting systems, is expanding its team in Niš. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QMS Engineer to join our Quality Management Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute quality system audits in accordance with company standards and IATF 16949 requirements.
  •  Actively participate in internal audit processes and supervise the implementation of corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
  • Prepare audit-related documentation and support other departments in documentation readiness for audit purposes
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all audit-related documents.
  • Implement internal audit procedures, monitor compliance, and manage the resolution of detected issues.   
  • Coordinate with external auditors, organize audit plans and materials, and represent the company during external audits.
  • Conduct supplier and material audits and oversee the resolution of any identified deficiencies.
  • Implementation and application of VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 requirements

Requirements: 

  • University degree (Level VII) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant audit/quality software tools.
  • Conversational proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Qualified as an internal auditor in accordance with IATF 16949 standards, with proven experience in applying IATF standards.
  • VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 certifications are required.
