Position: Quality Assurance Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and help us uphold the highest quality and food safety standards across all production processes.

 Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of documentation in accordance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Support the management in applying and monitoring the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and product excellence.
• Prepare and control Certificates of Quality and other related documentation.
• Manage FSMS documents and records and assist in updating the HACCP plan and monitoring CCP points.
• Conduct internal audits within the system and coordinate external audits of suppliers to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain product consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Technology or Chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Good knowledge of English and/or Italian.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
