Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Define quality standards that products should meet and devise testing methods.
• Supervise and review quality documentation related to production as needed.
• Identify and fix quality issues with the manufacturing process and products.
• Monitor the entire cycle, looking for malfunctions and productivity issues.
• Update Quality Management Systems (QMS) with incidents, repairs and improvements.
• Prepare general reports and approve Quality Laboratory results
• Take decision related to produced batches based on Quality Laboratory results.
• Develop and execute statistical process controls utilizing apt quality tools and statistical techniques.
• Follow established quality goals and track progress towards them.
• Perform internal Process Quality Audits and contributes to general Quality System Continues improvement.
• Perform Supplier Quality Audits.
• Participate in product quality planning and control process (APQP) based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
• Monitor performance of suppliers and maintain supplier complain process.
• Cooperate with Customer Quality Satisfaction Engineer in the field of 8D root cause analysis.
• Prepare and report suitable and effectual metrics monitoring assigned processes effectiveness and CoQ.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry or any other related major,
• Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001 or ISO 17025,
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard would be appreciated,
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural relationship,
• Proficient in English and local language,
• MS Office capable,
• Able to work independently and enjoy challenges,
• Hard-worker and proactive to propose new solutions and develop new systems,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Results/details oriented.
