Your Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as internal and external process and product quality
- Maintain and manage quality tracking and documentation for assigned projects
- Reduce quality-related costs (internal and external failure costs, scrap, etc.) through systematic analysis of defective parts
- Prepare and maintain predefined quality documentation (e.g. 8D reports, PDCA documentation, quality instructions, product history, sampling plans)
- Lead and coordinate root cause analysis activities, including moderating problem-solving teams and providing a technical evaluation of customer acceptance or rejection
- Independently assess whether charged costs are justified based on customer complaints and claims, and initiate escalation processes when required
Your Profile
- Degree from a technical university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
- Fluent English language skills
