Quality & Food Safety Lead

Become the force behind product integrity. As our Quality & Food Safety Lead, you’ll champion quality and food safety across all Carbonated & Juice lines and uphold top-tier standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead daily QA and Food Safety operations, coordinating QA technicians and ensuring high hygiene and monitoring standards.
• Oversee laboratory performance: equipment functionality, calibrations, method validation, and procurement within the approved budget.
• Monitor product and process quality, analyze trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions with the QSE Manager and QA Supervisors.
• Ensure accurate sampling, testing, documentation, and timely reporting (weekly, monthly, audit-related).
• Maintain “Always Audit Ready” standards and secure full compliance with internal procedures, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage quality certificates, product release decisions, and communication on quality deviations.
• Lead validation and revalidation programs for production lines and sanitation processes.
• Support incident investigations, ensure proper use of PPE/chemicals, and contribute to a safe and disciplined work environment.
• Track KPIs for the QA team and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Production on risk assessments (BRA/FRA), especially during line stoppages and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree - Chemistry, Technology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leading role.
• Experience leading a quality control laboratory in the food & beverage industry preferably.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Solid analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills.
