Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer

We are on the lookout for a QMS Engineer to join our team in Loznica. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management System in alignment with industry standards and customer requirements. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving quality excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the process audit and hierarchical audit of each factory, as well as the rectification and tracking of audit problems
• Responsible for the revision, release and controlled management of level 3 and 4 standardized documents (work instructions and form formats) in each factory, and organize relevant internal training
• Responsible for assisting the Quality Management Department to revise the secondary documents (procedural documents), promote operation and feedback in each factory, and organize training when the documents are released
• Organize periodic quality awareness training, process training, and inspection of each factory, and cooperate with the Quality Management Department to complete regular quality activities in Serbia

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Quality or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in QMS, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
