Minth Group is hiring an experienced Quality Manager to join our company in Loznica. We invite all interested candidates to apply. Please note that this position requires work on-site at our factory in Loznica.
Job Description:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the factory quality annual policy plan
- Formulate the annual budget for the Quality Assurance DepartmentCoordinate and plan departmental personnel deployment to achieve departmental KPI goals
- Design and implement skills training programs and team-building activities for department personnel
- Promote the implementation of corporate culture and establish a quality culture
- Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or project management
- Proficient in utilizing quality management methods and tools to solve problems
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
