• Research the Balkans Real Estate Retail Market for opportunities
• To initiate the units and leases negotiation process with potential landlords
• To draft the letters of intent with all the financial and commercial conditions agreed
• Participating in all the conference calls involving key business partners
• Present to Headquarters the new projects
• Update the new project status of new developments in the country
• Follow up of rents, and negotiate adjustments / discounts if required
• Research for new markets, and new countries according to the company strategy
• Achieve the number of openings / closings/ relocations / refurbishments appointed in the strategic plan

IF YOU:

• Have 7-8 years of Real Estate Retail negotiation experience with expertise in retail leasing with reputable international retail companies
• Have experience with Balkans Key Players
• Knowledge of corporate law is preferable
• Are proficient in English, Serbian , and Spanish knowledge will be valued
• Are pleasant, diplomatic
• Attention to details
• Have impeccable organizational, planning skills
• Have excellent communication skills: capable of identifying, concisely summarizing, and escalating key concerns in a transaction
• Can work under pressure and in an incredibly fast paced environment
