Receptionist / Host
Location: Novi Sad, Serbia

Contract: temporary employment contract (minimum one year) with the possibility of permanent employment
AxiomQ is an IT company based in Novi Sad. Our team currently counts around sixty employees, most of which are software engineers and web professionals working in various programming environments, tools and technologies. We are looking for a professional, reliable and independent receptionist / host to ensure that the AxiomQ office runs smoothly.
As an receptionist / host you will:
- Manage the front desk operations - acting as the first point of contact for employees, guests and clients…
- Perform general administrative tasks - managing mailings, deliveries and invoices, taking and delivering messages and phone calls, scanning documents…
- Keep the office running smoothly - being clean, stocked, and organized throughout the kitchen/conference rooms/storage rooms/closest/communal areas; being in contact with the cleaning company…
- Oversee and order office supplies - order lunches daily, anticipate requirements of supplies, manage purchases, make sure office equipment is in working order…
- Provide ad-hoc support to both office and personnel as needed
What we require:
- Experience with similar positions is a big plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
