Position Summary

Recruiter / Middle Recruiter (Local & International)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On-site)

Type: Full-time

Compensation:

Base salary: €1,400 – €1,800 GROSS / month

Language premium:
Spanish: +€150–250 gross / month
German: +€100–200 gross / month
Performance bonus: €200–400 gross

The Role

We are looking for a Middle Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment for mid-level and operational roles.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for a recruiter who wants to grow into a senior position while gaining international recruitment exposure.

Knowledge of Spanish (preferred) or German is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for:
• Sales Agents
• Customer Service roles
• Administrative and Operations positions
• Conduct initial interviews in English
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate data in ATS
• Support Senior Recruiter and Head of HR with hiring plans

Requirements:

Experience

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience with mid-level or operational roles (Sales, Customer service, Administrative)
• High-volume recruitment experience is a plus

Languages

• English: C1 (mandatory)
• Spanish or German: strong advantage (salary premium applied)
