Job description:

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles
• Creating job descriptions, job posting materials, and other advertising content
• Posting job ads on internal and external platforms
• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, and referrals
• Managing the full selection process: screening, phone/online interviews, competency‑based interviews, and assessments
• Ensuing a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
• Organizing interviews and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Updating data in SuccessFactors
• Monitoring requisition progress and report status to management

Position requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Advanced use of MS Office and experience working with HRIS systems (advantage: SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness and strong organizational skills
