Job description:
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles
- Creating job descriptions, job posting materials, and other advertising content
- Posting job ads on internal and external platforms
- Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases, and referrals
- Managing the full selection process: screening, phone/online interviews, competency‑based interviews, and assessments
- Ensuing a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication
- Organizing interviews and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Updating data in SuccessFactors
- Monitoring requisition progress and report status to management
Position requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Advanced use of MS Office and experience working with HRIS systems (advantage: SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactiveness and strong organizational skills
