Belgrade, Serbia
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re looking for a Truck Driver Recruiter who knows how to find great drivers and actually enjoys talking to them.

This is not a typical HR role. You’ll be on the phone, building relationships, understanding what drivers want, and helping match them with the right opportunities. If you know how the trucking world works and can spot a solid driver when you hear one — you’ll feel right at home.

This is a 100% in-office position. We believe the best teamwork (and results) happen when everyone’s together. You’ll work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations to make sure we’re bringing in drivers who are a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Talking to drivers and recruiting them across different platforms
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with driver leads
  • Running phone interviews and helping drivers through onboarding
  • Keeping track of your numbers and hitting clear, achievable goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (trucking experience is a must)
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Organized, motivated, and results-driven
  • Able to work Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM, in the office
