Location: New Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia
Schedule: Full-Time | Second Shift (e.g. 3 PM – 11 PM)
Work Type: On-Site Only
Compensation: Flat rate salary + bonus structure OR flat rate only — negotiable based on experience
About Us
We are a trucking and logistics company operating in the U.S. transportation market, focused on professionalism, compliance, and driver satisfaction. With an expanding fleet and a commitment to operational excellence, we’re looking to bring on a dedicated Truck Driver Recruiter to help us scale our operations the right way — with the right people.
Our drivers are the heart of what we do, and finding the right ones is where you come in.
About the Role
As a Truck Driver Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and onboard CDL drivers for our fleet. You’ll manage the entire recruiting cycle — from sourcing and screening to job offer and onboarding — while working closely with our safety, dispatch, and HR teams.
This role requires in-office presence only and is not open to remote or hybrid work. The schedule is set for the second shift, which means you’ll primarily work afternoons and evenings — ideal for those who enjoy a quieter, more focused environment without the 9-to-5 crowd.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified CDL-A and/or CDL-B drivers through job boards, referrals, databases, and social platforms
- Conduct pre-screens and in-depth phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and culture fit
- Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all FMCSA/DOT requirements are met before onboarding
- Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records in CRM/ATS systems
- Monitor leads daily and follow up consistently to move candidates through the pipeline
- Support drivers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations to understand lane availability and hiring needs
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets, with incentives tied to performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience recruiting CDL drivers (either company drivers or owner-operators)
- In-depth knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and CDL driver qualification requirements
- Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of applicants while staying organized and responsive
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using ATS systems, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and professional communication platforms (email, phone, Zoom, etc.)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based trucking companies from Eastern Europe, the Balkans, or other international hubs
Bilingual (Spanish, Serbian, Russian, etc.) - Knowledge of U.S. lanes, logistics terminology, or dispatch procedures
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with optional bonus structure based on driver hires and retention
- Flexible negotiation on compensation based on experience and performance
- Fixed second-shift hours — ideal if you prefer working afternoons/evenings
- Supportive, tight-knit team and a management style that values input and ownership
- Stable, long-term employment opportunity with room to grow
- A chance to make a real impact on the future of the company by helping build a reliable and professional fleet
Important Notes
- This is a non-remote position — applicants must be willing to work from our office
- Only candidates with recruiting experience in the trucking industry will be considered
We look forward to meeting our next great team member!
