Key responsibilities:

  • Recruiting primarily for our locations in Germany, UK, Italy and France – Regional Corporate / AMETEK EU / Hosted BU roles
  • Implementation of the entire recruiting process: from the definition of requirement profiles, the selection of recruiting channels to candidate assessments and conducting selection interviews
  • Service-oriented consulting of HR managers in all recruiting issues
  • Creation and monitoring of recruiting KPI's
  • KPI analysis and derivation and implementation of relevant action measures
  • Networking with other recruiters and HR team members across AMETEK to share best practice and maximise hiring opportunities.
  • Support and develop ongoing actions to strengthen our recruitment processes and to attract the best talent
  • Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
  • Maintains an up to date understanding of the market and local and regional trends in recruitment.
  • Where appropriate, attends recruitment fairs and events to promote AMETEK and help attract key talent

Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • First practical experience in recruiting, ideally of technical specialists
  • Ideally initial know-how in the areas of social media recruiting and active search
  • Ability to inspire candidates and successfully guide them through the application process
  • Strong negotiating skills, persuasiveness and a self-confident manner
  • Strong communication skills in English, other languages an advantage
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with creativity and flexibility
  • Structured, pragmatic and result-oriented way of working
  • Confident user knowledge of MS Office
