Recruitment Associate
Location: Belgrade

As Recruitment Associate, you will have an opportunity to participate in all recruitment-related activities for our clients:

• Supporting the team in sourcing and contacting candidates, especially those hard to find;
• Continuously attracting and engaging talents through different channels – job boards, social media and direct search;
• Participating in scheduling interviews and coordinating other activities with clients and candidates;
• Gathering insights and trends from the local market;
• Representing the company at job fairs and related events;
• Reporting on your activities and tasks.

Your profile:

• You’re a fresh graduate or on your last year of studies;
• You have great communication skills and are keen to develop and learn;
• Have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to dive into assigned tasks;
• Have a good command of Microsoft Office and English language.
