JOB DESCRIPTION
During our 6 months internship program in HR Department, you'll have the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in talent acquisition while working under the guidance and supervision of experienced HR professionals. Your responsibilities may evolve based on your skills, interests, and the needs of the HR team. This can potentially prepare you for a successful career at Continental.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels;
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
- Conduct interviews with HR professional assistance, with the aim of eventually working independently in the near future;
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection and recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Ensure that records are accurate and up-to-date;
- Assist in ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with legal and organizational requirements;
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as scheduling meetings, managing email correspondence, and handling other tasks as needed;
- Be open to learning and adapting to the changing needs of the HR team and the organization as a whole.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Final year or Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Human resources related field;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with willingness to work in a service oriented team;
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR and recruitment principles and practices;
- Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
