About the Role:

As a Research & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market trends and consumer behavior within the gambling industry. You will closely collaborate with various departments to provide insights and recommendations that will inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Agency Management: Coordinate with external research agencies or consultants to complement internal research efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality research results.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with a particular focus on new launches.
• BI Report Analysis: Utilize business intelligence (BI) tools and platforms to analyze data and generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Supervise the collection and analysis of data from various sources, including market surveys, industry reports, and internal databases, to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and preferences to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify threats and opportunities, providing recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
• Regulatory Compliance: Track changes and developments in gambling regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all research activities.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to integrate research insights into business strategies and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in market research, business administration, statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in market research, preferably within the gambling/gaming/technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and present findings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
