Reservation Agent

We are a Chauffeured Transportation Company based in North New Jersey, USA, operating a diverse fleet ranging from luxury sedans to minibuses and party buses. We proudly manage the largest leisure fleet in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ & CT).

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a key part of our operations team, you will be responsible for booking, modifying, and managing transportation reservations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous reservations experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills with both clients and internal teams
• Strong knowledge of the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT) for routing and logistics
• Clear and professional English communication (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Above-average computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• High-speed, reliable internet connection
• Strong teamwork mentality while also being able to work independently
