Retail Sales & Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, MOL Serbia, a reputable leader in energy and fuel retail across Central and Southeast Europe, we are seeking a senior leader to take on the role of Retail Sales & Operations Manager.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded professional to lead retail operations across MOL Serbia’s service station network. You will drive the execution of retail strategy, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience across the network, working closely with regional teams and the Group Sales & Operations structure.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of retail operations, setting standards and ensuring flawless execution across the network.
• Drive a sales-focused culture that delivers growth, cost efficiency, and superior customer experience.
• Manage OPEX and deliver cost efficiency while protecting operational standards.
• Optimize processes and operational models, leveraging IT systems and data-driven decision making.
• Lead, develop, and inspire regional and area sales managers to achieve ambitious targets.
• Ensure best-in-class execution of commercial and marketing initiatives, directly influencing both top-line and bottom-line performance.
• Represent the local business in alignment with Group Sales & Operations, securing consistency and competitive edge.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree preferably in Economics and/or Business Administration.
• Proven track record (8–10 years) in retail sales & operations with leadership experience in multinational environments.
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate vision into execution.
• Track record in leading large, customer-facing teams and delivering measurable results.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel.
