Revenue Assurance Analyst

The Revenue Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue streams across the organization. This role focuses on identifying revenue leakage, implementing controls, and supporting compliance with financial and operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze billing, invoicing, and payment processes to detect discrepancies and prevent revenue leakage
• Develop and maintain revenue assurance controls, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Conduct root cause analysis for revenue variances and recommend corrective action
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Support audits and compliance initiatives related to revenue processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
• Prepare regular reports on revenue assurance performance and key metrics for management

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or audit (SaaS experience preferred) is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems and automated reconciliation tools: Netsuite and Zuora experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work 4 pm - 00 am shift, Monday - Friday
