Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Rigging Technician to join our Lighting Department team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining lighting fixtures, camera rigs, and sets for studio production. This position requires technical expertise, physical stamina, and a commitment to upholding safety standards in a 24/7 studio environment.

Responsibilities:

• Rigging and Setup: Install lighting fixtures and accessories on rigs, ensuring secure setups with proper safety equipment.
• Equipment Maintenance and Safety: Use professional safety equipment and specialized tools daily while adhering to studio safety procedures.
• Studio Safety Compliance: Ensure the studio environment is safe and compliant with company regulations and industry standards.
• Multinational Team Collaboration: Work closely with an international team to support daily studio operations.
• Training and Professional Development: Participate in professional training in Romania to understand company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional Knowledge: Proficiency in using studio lighting equipment, accessories, and understanding safety protocols.
• Technical Expertise: Ability to handle complex rigs and lighting setups.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights and able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Language Skills: Advanced level of English knowledge is mandatory.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse and multinational team.

Nice to have:

• Technical Certification: Relevant training or certification in rigging or lighting.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in live studio or production environments.
