Your Role

Illegal Migration Prevention

• Design and enforce systems to prevent illegal migration, overstays, absconding, and unauthorized job changes
• Monitor worker movement from origin country → arrival → employment → exit
• Identify red flags and patterns indicating potential misuse of visas or contracts
• Act immediately on suspected violations and escalate when required

Process Control & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with immigration, labor, and agency laws
• Control documentation flow: visas, work permits, contracts, IDs, and registrations
• Implement audit trails for each worker and recruitment case
• Conduct internal checks on recruitment agents and partner suppliers

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Map risks across recruitment channels, source countries, and client sites
• Develop risk-mitigation procedures and contingency plans
• Assess client compliance and stop placements with high-risk partners
• Support contract clauses related to security, deposits, and penalties

Monitoring, Reporting & Authorities

• Maintain reporting systems for workers’ legal status and documentation validity
• Coordinate with immigration authorities, embassies, and inspectors when required
• Lead internal investigations related to disappearances, breaches, or fraud
• Prepare incident reports and corrective action plans

Training & Culture

• Train recruitment agents and operations teams on legal boundaries and red flags
• Build a culture of zero tolerance for illegal practices
• Act as an internal advisor, not a policeman – prevention first, enforcement second

You Bring

• Experience in immigration compliance, risk management, security, or legal operations
• Strong understanding of labor migration processes (EU / Balkans / GCC experience is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with ability to spot patterns and irregularities
• Strong ethics, discretion, and authority without bureaucracy
• Ability to work independently and stop processes when risk is unacceptable
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
