Risk Specialist

The Risk Specialist ensures timely funding for clients while minimizing risk and adhering to company policies and standards. The role involves monitoring merchant processing activities, verifying transactions, and maintaining accurate records to support risk management and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor merchant credit card processing using risk tools
• If needed verify transaction validity with merchants
• Maintain detailed investigation records and perform online research
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams and merchants
• Ensure bank account change information complies with risk policies
• Perform additional risk-related duties as needed
