We are a fast-growing U.S.-based trucking company seeking a Safety & Compliance Specialist to join our Novi Sad operations team. This role is critical to ensuring driver safety, regulatory compliance, and overall fleet performance.

Experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong motivation and attention to detail.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with FMCSA & DOT regulations
  • Manage driver files (DQ files, MVRs, drug & alcohol clearinghouse)
  • Track HOS, ELD violations, and safety performance
  • Conduct driver onboarding, training, and safety orientation
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports Communicate daily with U.S.-based drivers and dispatch Implement safety programs and corrective actions Maintain audit-ready records at all times  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in trucking safety, dispatch, or compliance (preferred but not required)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable working with U.S. time zones when needed
