Join Our Team as a Safety Officer – Based in Novi Sad

We are a U.S.-based trucking company dedicated to delivering reliable and efficient transportation services. We are currently seeking a Safety Officer to support our safety and compliance operations and help maintain the high standards our clients and partners expect.

Your Role:

As our Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fleet and drivers remain compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements. From managing FMCSA documentation to overseeing driver checks and ELD systems, your work will help keep our operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement and enforce FMCSA safety regulations
• Handle IFTA reporting and ensure accurate submissions
• Coordinate permits, DOT inspections, and truck registrations
• Maintain organized records of all DOT and vehicle documentation
• Conduct MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse checks for drivers
• Monitor and manage ELD systems and the Samsara platform
• Ensure all safety protocols and processes meet regulatory requirements

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation safety or compliance
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working with safety and fleet management tools

Position Details:

• Full-time, office-based role in Novi Sad
• Second shift schedule aligned with U.S. business hours
