About the Role:
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Safety Personnel to join our team. You will help ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards. This role is key in supporting and coaching drivers, managing safety documentation, monitoring compliance, and promoting a strong culture of safety across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- System updates and registration administration
- Monitoring drivers and equipment status
- Preparing monthly safety reports
- Coordinating random drug & alcohol tests
- Monitoring CDL, medical certificates, and MVRs
- Managing required passenger paperwork
- Answering calls, messages, emails, and voicemails
- Onboarding and training new drivers
- Conducting safety training and reviews
- Maintaining records for accidents, incidents, and violations
- Ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA standards
- Supporting internal audits and safety assessments
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
Prior experience in the industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
