We are a licensed Serbian company (Workbridge d.o.o.) working with European employers for overseas manpower recruitment. We are looking for a candidate with good English skills to contact companies, explain manpower availability from Asia, and arrange meetings.
We do not recruit, select, place, or employ workers, nor do we act on behalf of end employers in the sense defined for licensed HR or employment agencies.
Job duties:
- Presenting our consulting and coordination services related to international workforce solutions.
- Facilitating initial communication between Serbian employers and overseas partner entities.
- Calling Serbian companies and convincing them to recruit workers from Asia.
- Explaining Asian manpower (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, etc.)
- Collecting email IDs, decision-maker names and contacts.
- Booking meetings for us with the Serbian Companies.
- Following a fixed calling script.
No technical HR knowledge needed.
Good English + confident caller generating leads: Minimum Salary + Attractive Commissions
