Sales & Customer Service Manager

Dynamically growing Serbian subsidiary of a leading Hungarian event equipment & event services company is looking for its Sales & Customer Service Manager with immediate start.

Through our strategic investment, our aim is to arrive as one of the market leaders in the industry also in Serbia.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Customer Service roles in the event industry, event equipment rental, hospitality, AV, or related sectors
• Independent working habit with strict adherence to deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, problem solving attitude with a flexible, project minded thinking
• Experience in daily usage of MS Office, CROM tools & ERP softwares
• Fluent English language (verbal & written)
• Driving license - 'B' category
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results and client satisfaction
• Strong network within the events and production community is an advantage
• Knowledge of the event industry is a huge advantage

Tasks:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and venues.
• Respond to incoming inquiries, prepare customized offers, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate new leads
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
