About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base by connecting with shippers, receivers, freight forwarders, and supply chain vendors across the domestic market. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold call and prospect potential clients (shippers, receivers, freight forwarders, supply chain vendors) to introduce our domestic transportation services
- Set up qualified meetings and generate leads for the sales team
- Research, identify, and target new business opportunities using various platforms (LinkedIn, industry directories, CRM, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and compile reports on sales activities and pipeline progress
- Continuously learn about industry trends, customer needs, and our service offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)—clear, effective communication is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Results-driven, persistent, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confident, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM platforms
- Previous sales or cold calling experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
- Eligible to work in Serbia without restrictions
