We're on a mission to help global brands comply with WCAG 2.2, ADA, and emerging regulations, such as the European Accessibility Act, while making the web accessible to everyone. Recently securing fresh funding, we're scaling rapidly and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our revenue engine. About the Role

As our SDR, you'll be the frontline hero in our outbound sales efforts, identifying high-potential leads, sparking conversations, and handing off qualified opportunities to our closers. This full-time role in Serbia reports to the Sales Manager and plays a pivotal role in customer acquisition, pipeline building, and hitting aggressive growth targets. Expect a mix of cold outreach, relationship-building, and collaborative wins in a supportive, high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect like a pro: Generate leads via targeted outbound campaigns using emails, LinkedIn, and cold calls to engage decision-makers in tech, e-commerce, and enterprise sectors.
  • Educate and excite: Demystify QualiBooth's innovative solutions, such as our AI-powered Agora audit accelerator and Accessibility Toolkit, which showcase how we help companies achieve compliance without compromising user experience.
  • CRM Mastery: Keep our HubSpot system running smoothly with accurate, up-to-date lead data to supercharge our sales pipeline.
  • Opportunity hunting: Scout new markets and business prospects, translating customer pain points into QualiBooth wins.
  • Meeting maker: Schedule and join intro calls and demos, ensuring seamless handoffs to the sales team.
  • Target crusher: Hit monthly quotas for leads generated and meetings booked while tracking and reporting progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus 2-3 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles—SaaS/tech background is a huge plus!
  • Skills That Shine: Great at communication (written and verbal English fluency required), stellar interpersonal and organizational chops, and a knack for researching customer needs.
  • Tools of the Trade: Comfort with CRM platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; bonus if you're already a pro.
