We are looking for a motivated and competent candidate for the position of Sales Executive, in Belgrade, on behalf of our client Glovo. As a Sales Executive at Glovo you will be a key representative of company’s sales team, responsible for creating a pipeline and signing up local stores around the city. The Commercial team is directly responsible for partnering with both smaller local stores and with bigger brands to display them on Glovo platform. You will also be responsible for re-engaging partners by contacting them to understand how we can support and boost their sales on Glovo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic partnerships with top-tier accounts, always in line with Glovo’s business objectives.
- Own and drive revenue growth, ensuring all deals meet the country’s profitability benchmarks.
- Lead a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized sales pipeline with daily updates.
- Conduct regular outreach including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Sales (having a strong network within the industry is a plus)
- Full professional proficiency in English is essential.
- Fast learner with a structured approach; familiarity with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is highly valued.
- Driven, ambitious, and never settle for less.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
