Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager for North part of Serbia.

Job Overview:

As a sales manager, you would be responsible for researching and visiting potential clients located in the North part of Serbia. With the professional knowledge you’ll acquire from us , and your technical mindset, you will assist our clients in solving their industrial packaging-related problems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare market segmentation among Serbian companies active in industries such as automotive, machinery, steel, electronics, and chemicals with high export potential.  
• Contact selected companies and advise them on specialized packaging solutions to prevent corrosion and mechanical damage during transportation and storage.
• Prepare written quotations for delivering comprehensive packaging solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Required Skills:

• A degree in a technical field and a technical mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector
• Native-level Serbian language proficiency
• Intermediate-level English language proficiency 
• A driver’s license

Place of Work:

The successful candidate will undergo some training in our office in Krusevac, and also in Budapest, Hungary. After training, you will travel throughout the North part of Serbia to meet potential partners and organize in-person meetings from your home. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel 3-4 days a week.
