Main Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for protein Accounts in Eastern EU, including the support of ADM distributors.
- Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the central EU market
- Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
- Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers
- Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
- Monitoring the market and identify market potential
- Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in any of the sciences, food science and/or technology or business administration preferred
- Experience in the B2B food ingredients business, an understanding of market landscape in plant based protein business will be highly appreciated
- Application knowledge and commercial contacts to traditional and new plant proteins consuming industries, like Meat alternative, Meat extension, Bakery, Dairy alternative, Specialized Nutrition, Fermentation Process will be an advantage
- Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region (30%). Valid driving license
- Fluent in English, additional foreign languages would be beneficial.
