About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Sales Onboarding Coordinator to support the onboarding of new partners on the Digistore24 platform.
In this role, you will focus on coordination, communication, and execution, ensuring that onboarding tasks move forward smoothly and that partners feel supported throughout the process.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys structure, working with multiple stakeholders, and keeping things on track in a fast-moving environment.
You will not be expected to “design strategy,” but rather to run a clear process well and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partners during the onboarding process by providing clear guidance, answering questions, and ensuring next steps are understood
- Coordinate onboarding tasks across Sales, Operations, and other teams to keep timelines on track
- Track onboarding progress using internal tools (e.g., CRM, project trackers, spreadsheets)
- Ensure all required steps, documentation, and approvals are completed before launch
- Follow up proactively with internal stakeholders when tasks are delayed or unclear
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and records related to onboarding projects
- Identify recurring issues in the onboarding process and flag them for improvement
- Support basic reporting on onboarding progress and outcomes

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- A clear and professional communicator (written and spoken)
- Reliable and consistent with follow-through
- Comfortable working with structure, checklists, and processes
- Proactive in flagging issues and asking questions when something is unclear
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in coordination, operations, customer support, onboarding, or project support
- Experience working in SaaS, digital platforms, or online businesses
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs, project management software, or ticketing systems (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
- Experience working with Sales or Customer Success teams
