Sales Operations Support Analyst

We are looking for a colleague to join as a Sales Ops Support Analyst!

Check out the main duties of the position:

• Manage and support daily operations of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, including DocuSign, ensuring efficient and compliant contract processes
• Digitize, maintain, and enhance contract templates in close collaboration with the Legal department, business contract owners, and IT teams
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT for contract workflow updates, system changes, and process improvements
• Administer user access and permissions within the CLM system, including new user setup and role management
• Provide functional support to sales teams and internal users for CLM and related sales tools, managing issues and escalations in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor and manage incoming requests through shared email inboxes, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
• Assist in resolving order-related exceptions by coordinating with accountable stakeholders
• Support the CLM Product Owner by gathering business requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assisting with user training and rollout of new enhancements

What we expect from you:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks
• Strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
• Sales support and account maintenance/management skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English language
