Sales Planner

Job Description:

1. Responsible for overall maintenance of customer pre-series samples order and series EDI order demands and forecast in ERP system on daily basis.
2. Release monthly sales plan to material planner in order to conduct purchase of raw materials and components. 
3. Release weekly delivery request to production planner in order to conduct relevant production schedule.
4. Coordinate cross functions inside & outside Xingyu to ensure on time delivery (for raw material and finished product) and achieve better supplying performance, including coordination of truck booking, documentation preparation for customs clearance of export of finished goods etc.
5. Collaborate with the IT department to handle ERP system exceptions related to order deliveries
6. Collaborate with the IT department to conduct EDI, ASN, E-INVOICE testing at the initial stage of the project
7. Set up and guarantee safety stock, analyze inventory levels and quality & drive cross functional inventory action plans, optimum stock levels.
8. Issue invoices to customer and update invoice record table on time  
9. Tracking and coordination of customer payment.
10. Coordinate cross functions inside & outside Xingyu for customer complaint, to get solutions asap.
11. Caim overall maintenance.
12. Tracking customer payment record.

Necessary requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 2 years of planning experience in auto industry
3. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
4. Knowledge of ERP system, familiar with QAD system is preferred
5. Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner
6. Responsible and able to work in a team environment
7. Good English skills
8. Good knowledge of B2B and delivery requirements of BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Volkswagen is preferred
