Sales Representative/Predstavnik prodaje - boje i fasade

Adecco is looking for a motivated and competent candidate for the position of Sales Representative in Belgrade on behalf of our client, an international company producing and commercializing premium industrial inks for flexography and rotogravure, decorative paints, energy saving products, as well as facade products and glues for ceramics/tiles.

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of construction materials such as interior and exterior paints, wood and metal paints, varnishes, facades, thermo-insulation products, and adhesives for ceramics and tiles
• Proven skills and knowledge of building material distribution through resellers, final consumers, and builders
• Strong understanding of the construction materials market and the ability to identify local projects
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, determined, positive attitude, and results-oriented
• Secondary or higher education, preferably in economics or technical fields
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license and active driving ability

Your responsibilities:

• Maintain strong commercial relationships with existing clients
• Identify new customers and develop new projects
• Expand the customer network and increase the range of products sold
• Increase turnover
• Provide technical support to customers
• Achieve planned objectives by following internal policies and rules
• Regularly report on the results of actions to the Area Sales Manager
• Propose solutions to enhance partner loyalty and market share
• Maintain a high standard of service quality
