Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Advise customers on the best products based on their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of in-store products.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, handling both cash and card payments.
• Maintain the store’s visual appearance, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves fully stocked.
• Assist with product inventory, restocking, and organizing the sales floor.
• Provide after-sales support, including product information and guidance.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and store KPIs.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or audio equipment.
• Strong knowledge of IT and audio products, including audio systems, headphones, and related accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for technology and helping others.
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in electronics or IT is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
