Logistics Sales Representative

Hill Logistics Inc is an asset based 3rd party logistics company, who is providing transportation solutions in the continental US Canada and Mexico with multiple modes including, DryVan, Reefer, Flatbed, StepDeck, LTL, Oversize, etc. We provide an easy, quick, and outstanding experience, taking responsibility, and holding ourselves accountable to the highest lever.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with excellent communication, a great attitude, who knows how to plan the week, be hands on and customer focused.

Remote work only.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accurate documentation for all customer/loads
• Manage their loads for the full load lifecycle
• Secure new accounts and ensure customer retention
• Cold calling, prospecting, emailing, utilizing Linkedin Sales Navigator
• Time management, Multitask, Organized and willing to learn
• Available after hours if needed
• Maintain professional relationships with, customers and drivers
• Able to communicate via telephone and email with vendors and other individuals

Benefits:

• Base Salary + commission (commisson 10% of revenue per customer per month)
• New Customer Bonus (depending on size and commitment)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Required of +2 years of Logistics experience in the US Trucking Market (previous phone sales experience)
• Book of Business welcome
• Works effectively with others to achieve common goals
• Determined self-starters with a “do what it takes” attitude
• Ability to lead conversations and build trust with clients
